   What counts as a user?    Anyone with access to your DispatchWell account counts as a user. This includes owners, admins, dispatchers, and drivers. Each person who logs in needs their own user seat.

    Can drivers access the system?    Yes! Drivers get their own login to view assigned loads, update status, and stay connected with dispatch. They count toward your user total.

    Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?    Absolutely. As your team grows or shrinks, you can change plans anytime. Your bill adjusts on the next billing cycle. No long-term commitments.

    What features are included?    All of them. Every plan includes load management, team coordination, shared status updates, smart locations, multi-company support, and two-factor authentication. We don't gate features behind expensive tiers.
